Adventures With Spokhette #19: Inwood Park

Hi, Guys!

One of the things anyone talks about when you think in Cincinnati is U.C. The university of Cincinnati, not the only college we have here, but one of the biggest campuses. I had business in that area so while waiting, of course, Alex and I had to explore the area. We came across Inwood park with lots of steps and even a lake!  It's been quite a while since I had been that close to water in a while.

The Grass is definitely greener on the other side, especially in Inwood Park. See what I did there?

My favorite two things about this park were the absolutely decrepit housing structure. It is covered in graffiti, crumbling and completely barred and boarded up. The second one would have to be the lake and small house next to it. The house nearby is most definitely a structure just used to hold the tools and equipment to fully take care of the landscape and the pond, however, it is still a pretty building.

I absolutely love parks in urban areas. It is just a nice reprieve from all the concrete of the city. Other than Cemeteries it is one of my favorite places to check out.  Plus the things that you see in local parks like this adorable doggo loving the grass.
