May Favorites

Hi Gang!

Can you believe it is already June? 2017 needs a speeding ticket, I just can't believe how fast it is speeding by! I have lots of fun things coming up this summer, so I'm excited about the speed time is going right now, but I still want to be able to enjoy the now, ya know? I did and found some pretty neat things in the month of May, so let's just get right into it.

- Becoming Debt Free. Since last December I've been paying off a student debt that I had, which was keeping me from going back to school, I am so proud to say that all of my extra shifts have paid off, and I've paid it off three months early! I will receive my transcripts at the end of the month, and will be able to transfer them to a more affordable school, I am so excited!

- Launching The New Nerdette At Large. I knew for a while what I've wanted and what I didn't when it comes to my site, I've been doing this for quite sometime. I'm just so happy that it finally looks professional so I can focus on content. If you'd like to know more about the journey, I wrote an entire post about it.

-Getting A P.O. Box.  I've been thinking and thinking about how I can make money with the hobbies that already take up my time. I finally created a business plan for what I want to do, but I'm not quite ready to unveil it yet. One of the most important things I needed for this plan was a p.o. box so I could ship my products. I'm so happy that I found one so close!

-Finding More Scooby-Doo. I've been diving through Hanna-Barbera's television lineup, devouring any show with a mystery in it. So far, I've finished Clue Club, Scooby-Doo and the thirteen ghosts, Where are you Scooby Doo, and The Scooby Doo show. I was concerned that I was burning through the series, and there wouldn't be much left to watch when I discovered that '84-'85 has 13 episodes titled The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries! Which I've recently started watching! I have this series, What's New Scooby-Doo, A Pup Named Scooby-Doo, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo Get A Clue, and Be Cool, Scooby Doo left to watch. It will be a sad day when I've completed them all.

- Playing the PS VITA. I've been spending a good portion of my free time playing my PS VITA, I've been spending it between Neptunia and Run Sackboy Run, which is a pretty fun time. Lots of new games coming out for the ps vita soon, Summon Knight 6, Skull Girls, Collar X Malice, and Period Cube that I'm super looking forward to!
