Novels #26: Book Haul #7

Hey Gang!

Half Price Books will be the death of my wallet. I just know that my wallet hates them, I always spend way too much money when I'm there. My Friend Emily, Author of the Silver Codex Series, came up from New Orleans, and of course we had to hang out when she was in town. Claire, Emily and I headed out to several places before my wallet was just like weezing...

The First place we stopped was Comics 2 Games, which was nice, however, I didn't realize they don't do returns, so now I'm stuck with a graphic novel, I don't need. *Anyone wanna take it off my hands?*  I bought Zatanna Shades of the Past by Dini and Chiang, because you can never have too much Zatanna, she really doesn't get enough love. I got Betty and Veronica by Adam Hughes, because his art is absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to own some. I also picked up Betty and Veronica's Vixens by Rotante, and Betty Page by Avallone which I had been looking forward to for a while.

The next place we headed off to was Half Price Books, because they were having a 20% off sale, but I was proud of myself and didn't go too crazy. I picked up a few dvds: Hotel Transylvania, Entrapment, The Phantom Of the Opera and Spectre. In Novels, I picked up Blood Will Tell by April Henry, Want To Go Private by Sarah Littman, The Dead Girls of Hysteria Hall by Katie Alender, who also wrote, Marie Antoinette, Serial Killer, which I talked about in the last book haul, and A Taste For Monsters by Matthew Kirby.

I've been slacking a little with my reading, and I'm switching back and forth between Beautiful Creatures and the Strange Case of the Alchemist's Daughter which is in E-book form.
